I should never have bought

I started a phone contract with Vodafone, they give me a new phone every 16 months. I thought the Motorola z8 phone would be good because it looked different and exciting. It would also be a 'new high tech phone of the century that is capable of great things'. But to my disappointment the phone did not impress me at all. I thought the phone would be very good because the retail price was £300. But lucky enough i didn't pay for the phone Vodofone did.
The problems started when i was unable to make a phone call because i had no signal. but my friend standing next to me had perfect signal. this was an ongoing problem which i discovered was the phones fault not the Vodafone service. the graphics would some times freeze on my phone and the phone would freeze and go pixelated and be unusable for half an hour wile the phone cools down and resets itself. that was one of the phones selling points, it will repair itself when there is a fault. another selling point for the phones was the buttons were sensitive and partly touch, after a month of having the phone the buttons began not to work due to the sensors needing to be replaced.
I didn't replace the buttons because i will not have the phone for a fortnight and would cost me £80 for fixing and packaging. Another problem occurred when i tried to listen to the new high tech leading innovation as Vodafone put it. The phone was on three bars loud out of five and the speaker broke.
I decided it was time i contacted Vodafone to tel them their product was faulty and loads of components in the phone needed replacing, Vodafone was apologetic and offered to replace the phone for free. once i got the phone back from Vodafone i discovered to much disappointment that they had not replaced the phone with a new on but had fixed the broken components. the second month came but i was fed up of the phone and the same faults were occurring even thought the phone was supposedly fixed. i am now using a phone that i had a long time ago to save me from the problems of the Motorola z8.
